We offer an easy exchange process for those moments when the size isn't quite right, or you simply change your mind.
In order to accept your returned items, they must be:
- unworn (except to try on), unused, in brand new condition with the original tags/swing tags still attached
- in the original packaging (the plastic bag or other outer packaging)
To return or exchange your items:
- Complete your returns form and send the item back using the instructions on the form.
- Ensure the item is still in brand new, re-saleable condition, with all packaging intact, and in compliance with our Terms and Conditions.
- Once received, we will endeavour to process your exchange, or return within 5 business days.
- We will contact you with further details regarding your exchange, return, or refund.
- All exchanges are shipped back to you FREE of charge.
Please be sure to check that the size you're requesting is still available on our website. If the requested size is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Socks and infant/toddler items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons.
If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to ship the Product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.
