All of our parcels are shipped with signature required.
However, due to delivery partner regulations, signatures may not be enforced - especially if you elected to have the parcel left.

If you requested Australia Post to leave it in a safe place but the item is not there. You will need to get in touch with Australia Post directly to open an investigation.
