**Standard items will ship separately to our Made To Order items.** Made to Order items can take up to 15 business days to ship after you place your order.
If you placed a particularly large order, it may ship in two or more separate satchels. These are usually shipped using the same tracking number but can arrive at separate times.
If you're missing items that aren't shipped separately, reach out to us by replying to your order confirmation email - we'll get it sorted for you.
